I have had success as a mediator. Most of my mediations result in settlements. My personal evaluation is that I am best at dealing with matters that are in litigation or close to it. A major strength, in my opinion, is that I am quick to grasp basic and critical aspects of commercial disputes and help work out solutions to them.

     In recent years I have concentrated my practice on commercial arbitration and have not done a significant volume of mediations.  I think my strengths remain the same but they have been exercised more in arbitration.
